(6:40 p.m. GMT) on Thursday, August 21st, 2008, Celine Dion will become Doctor in Music. The ceremony, organized by the University of Laval, will take place at 5:00 p.m. ET in the auditorium of Palais Montcalm in Quebec City. only invited guests will access the event. Plus, Celine will receive, from the hands of the mayor of Quebec City, a medal of Québec.
